9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus occasional evenings and weekends as required

Holiday: 20 days p.a. plus bank holidays (increasing to a maximum of 25 days)
Pallant House Gallery is one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary British art in the UK, presenting an exciting programme of temporary exhibitions and events alongside an internationally significant permanent collection of Modern British art, with a widely respected learning and community programme. Pallant House Gallery is a creative, dynamic and inclusive organisation, which is committed to equal opportunities and diversity.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for engaging young people and school children in the arts. You need to be highly motivated and organised to assist the Head of Learning and Community with the coordination of the Learning Programme. The Gallery prides itself on working with a diverse community and a strong commitment to inclusion and community engagement is essential.
Applicants should have experience of supporting learning and engagement within a museum/ gallery environment and a strong interest in modern and contemporary art with a good knowledge of Modern British art. Strong interpersonal, organisational and computer literacy skills are essential for this post. You will be a good team player but also able to project manage and work as an individual.
