Art Show: Journeys ** 9 – 21 Dec 2014 ** Oxmarket Centre of Arts, Chichester
At a time of year when journeys, both physical and spiritual, are on many minds, The Oxmarket is bringing you an exhibition exploring this theme. Artists were invited to respond to “journeys” and the resulting responses present diverse and interesting interpretations of the idea.
Works in the exhibition include paintings, scraperboard, jewellery, sculpture and ceramics and include work from over seventy different artists.
There is an accompanying progran of recitals during the fortnight, detais of which we will publish shortly. The first though is a performance by the Chichester Free School Choir at 11am on the opening day, Tuesday 9 December.
