Worthing Theatres are pleased to have been awarded funding for paid internships of 26 weeks each. The opportunities have been created as part of the Creative Employment Programme, an Arts Council England fund to support the creation of traineeships, formal apprenticeship and paid internship opportunities in England for unemployed young people wishing to pursue a career in the arts and cultural sector.

The following internship are opportunities available:

Customer Experience Assistant

Events, Information and Sales Assistant

Outside Events and Tourism Assistant

Museum Front of House and Operations Assistant

There are certain criteria you must meet in order to be eligible to apply for a Creative Employment Programme funded opportunity. At the time of applying for the internship you must be:

18-24 years old and registered as unemployed with JobCentre Plus.

These eligibility criteria have been approved by the Department of Work and Pensions
