Draw Brighton is pleased to present a group art exhibition, featuring a diverse range of work from a diverse range of people. The artwork has been created by artists from the Creative Future art classes at New England House and is curated by Jake Spicer.
Pablo Picasso said that “Art washes from the soul the dust of everyday life.” The work in this exhibition stands testament to the human need to make and create, drawing beauty from the challenge and wonder of daily life. This exhibition encourages you to bring fresh eyes to the mundane and aims to inspire you to try your hand at making your own art to reflect the world spinning around you.
Creative Future provides training and mentoring to talented people who lack opportunities due to mental health issues, disability, health or social circumstance. Draw provides flexible and affordable drawing classes, open to everybody. This exhibition has been funded by Draw.
