We are looking for Artist Educators to work with us at Towner who have excellent art form skills, are great facilitators, have an understanding of pedagogy and a commitment to reflective learning.

At Towner we work with a wide range of participants: from the very young to the very old, in formal education and adult learning, with people with disabilities and health issues, with young offenders and young people learning outside mainstream school, with the local community and visitors to Eastbourne. We want our Artist Educator Team to reflect the communities and participants that we work with and welcome applications from diverse cultural backgrounds, from older artists and from deaf and disabled artists.
