Delivering a month-long programme of exhibitions and events takes a huge team of volunteers. We’ll need a crack team to help us deliver this year’s festival: from gallery assistants, to videographers, exhibition installers, and web-editors.
For the last Brighton Photo Biennial in 2012, a team of over 60 volunteers shared their talents and energy with us, gained valuable work-experience across a range of fields, made friends and had fun along the way.
We ask for a minimum commitment from volunteers of 2 half-day sessions per week through the festival where possible.
In addition to valuable experience, and networking opportunities you will enjoy: – An invitation to the Biennial after party
– One year’s Photoworks Membership including issue 20 and 21 of Photoworks
– Annual Entry into a prize draw for the opportunity to win a Limited Edition Print (we are offering either a Rinko Kawauchi, Nigel Shafran, or Alec Soth to three lucky volunteers)
