Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Producer to lead the delivery of Brighton Festival 2015. Brighton Festival is one of the largest multi-arts festivals in the country and in 2014 delivered 150 events across 34 venues, including 37 new commissions, premieres and exclusives.
We are looking for an outstanding and experienced candidate to join the team and work with the Chief Executive, Guest Director and senior management team to devise and execute a balanced festival programme.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working in an arts management role at senior management level. You will also need specialist expertise in the programming and producing of dance, theatre, contemporary and classical music, literature and outdoor arts.

Full time , £30,000 £40,000 pro rata
9 months October 2014 to June 2015 with the potential to be extended to June 2017.
