The Big Art Secret, 2012 – people looking at postcards
Towner and St Wilfrid’s Hospice are staging The Big Art Secret 2, a fundraising effort to support the local hospice and Towner.
Postcard-sized art will be exhibited at Towner for two weeks. They will be auctioned on eBay from 14 to 23 March.
Each piece of art work will have a QR code alongside so that visitors can place bids from their phones or tables, at the exhibition or from home.
Last year, we received postcards from David Hockney, David Cameron and Tracey Emin, as well as local people, hospice patients and regional artists.
