Contributing to the success and smooth running of our Soho store the Key Holder will have responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor for store and security processes and procedures such as the opening and closing of the shop and the locking any secure areas of the store as well as providing assistance and excellent customer service.
Desired skills, knowledge and experience.
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Good organisation skills-able to work unsupervised when required
- IT proficiency
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude-committed and enthusiastic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident communicator
- Numeracy skills
- Affinity with the Cass Art brand
- Ability to work in a team.
- A passion for Art and creativity
