We currently have an artist’s studio space for rent. It is approx. 13 square metres (4.9m x 2.65m) and the rent is £400/ month. It has amazing natural light (from the roof skylights) and has recently been fitted with double entry doors. The studio is part of a community art, workshop & events space called Coachwerks. We are situated at 19A Hollingdean Terrace, Hollingdean, BN1 7HB. The physical space of Coachwerks reflects the interests and passions of the people who live & work here but we also want it to reflect the interests of the wider community.
